KIRSTEN Dunst doesn’t want her future daughter to become an actress.
The ‘Bring It On’ actress, who doesn’t currently have any children, said: “I’d never put any daughter of mine through acting because, while I loved acting and was happy working as a child, looking back, my happiness always came from pleasing other people – always.”
“It came from satisfying the director or my mother or my acting coach, not from pleasing myself.”
Kirsten has been acting since the tender age of three, shooting to fame at just 11-years-old when she starred in ‘Interview with the Vampire’.
The star, most recently starring in the third instalment of ‘Spider-Man’, has admitted that the pressure of being a child star took a major role in the development of the depression that she suffered last year.
The 24-year-old has also confessed that she previously felt a “lot of anger” towards her mother for pushing her into acting.
She said: “My mother told me that when I was born she just knew that I was destined to be an actress.”
“It’s not a natural way to grow up, and acting was never a dream for me. It was the only thing I knew – it was just my life.
“For a while there was a time when I had a lot of anger towards my mother because of what she did to me. Now I understand what kind of woman she is – she always had the best intentions.”

’Desperate Housewives’Eva Longoria once ditched a man whilst on a blind date. Why? Because he “deserved it”.
Latin lady Longoria’s friends had set the star up for a blind date, but it seemed the well-intentioned night soon evolved to quite a nightmare. Eva commented that her so-called date was not only “rude” but he was also “aggressive” and frankly “a little bit odd”.
Longoria remembers: “He was rude, aggressive, presumptuous, scary, and to be honest he was a little bit odd.” “I kept thinking ‘Who would imagine me with this guy?’” It didn’t take Longoria long to start looking for an escape root. The actress insists that she had only one option to end her nightmare, and that was pretending to use the washroom and then disappearing – quite a harsh treatment but she insists that he thoroughly deserved.
Longoria said: “In the end I went to the bathroom and never came back. He deserved it.” The actress has since banned her friends from EVER trying to set her up on a blind date EVER again.
Eva is set to exchange vows with her fiancé Tony Parker this coming July.

X-men star and family guy Hugh Jackman seemed to contradict the weather on Sunday– managing to wear a smile despite the gloomy weather of the day in Darlinghurst, Australia.
Jackman and his lovely wife Deborra-Lee Furness also picked up a new addition to their divinely delightful family – a pet cockatiel! (Morgan would say “Chirp.. Chirp” Seagull scream”
haha)
The country-style pair – going ‘Britney style’ with their cowboy hats – were sighted heading off down the freeway with son Oscar, 6, and daughter Ava, 21 months to purchase some fresh mangoes from a fruit stand.
Jackman, 38, was spotted earlier on the weekend helping trucking billionaire Lindsay Fox celebrate his 70th birthday. The celebration was held at Fox’s Elizabeth Bay mansion. Hugh entertained the guests by performing several numbers from his hit Broadway stage show ‘The Boy From Oz’.
‘The Prestige’ star arrived in Sydney late last month with his family to film Baz Luhrman production ‘Australia’, but things seem more like a vacation. Well as a fellow Australian I can say “We’re happy to have you here Mr. Jackman.” J

‘Troy’ star Eric Bana crashed his sports car whilst partaking in a rally race in his home-country Australia yesterday. Luckily though, the young actor emerged unscathed shortly after the crash.
Bana was competing in the Targa Tasmania rally when he misconstrued a tight bend coming up; a mistake which sent him and his restored 1973 Ford XB Coupe into a lot trees. His car was badly damaged by the accident.
He says, “We had been having a great day until then… But I misjudged a tight left-hander and we went in a little too fast – the car under steered off the road and got onto the gravel and we went into a couple of trees at a fairly low speed.”
“The car is a little battered on the driver’s side which is a real shame, as many hours had been spent reshaping its original panels to get it just right. It’s a real shame, but that’s motor racing.”
Bana’s co-driver Tony Ramunno also came out uninjured. J
